These Terms & Conditions govern use of UIGOD Store and purchases made through the website. UIGOD Store is operated by Muhammad Shahbaz, Nazd Railway Line, Super Chowk B Colony, Lodhran, Punjab, Pakistan. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the product information shown at the time of purchase.

1. Digital products

Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, items sold through the standard catalog are digital products. Product titles, descriptions, included formats, prices, discounts and any specific limitations shown on the product or checkout page form part of the purchase information.

2. Prices and payments

Prices are shown in the store currency displayed at checkout. Payment must be made using an available payment method. The payment provider may decline, review, authorize or reverse a transaction under its own rules. An order is not treated as successfully paid until WooCommerce or the merchant receives the applicable payment confirmation.

3. Delivery

Eligible digital downloads are delivered electronically after payment confirmation. Delivery details are described in our Digital Delivery Policy. Standard products are not physically shipped.

4. Customer accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your password secure. Do not share account credentials or attempt to bypass purchase/download controls. We may take reasonable steps to protect accounts and investigate misuse.

5. Personal-use license

Unless a product expressly grants broader rights, purchasing a digital file gives the buyer a limited personal-use right to access the purchased copy. It does not transfer copyright or permit resale, public redistribution, mass sharing, re-uploading, scraping or commercial exploitation of the file.

6. Fandoms and third-party rights

Fandom names, trademarks, characters and fictional universes referenced for descriptive catalog organization remain associated with their respective rights holders. Their appearance on the store does not imply sponsorship or transfer of ownership. Rights holders can use our Copyright / DMCA process to report material they believe should be removed or changed.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any mandatory rights that apply under relevant law. Approved refunds are submitted by us within the processing period described in that policy, after which the customer’s financial institution controls posting time.

8. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with site security, attempt unauthorized access, use automated tools in an abusive manner, manipulate checkout, distribute malware, scrape protected downloads, or use the service for unlawful activity.

9. Store availability

We aim to keep the store available but may perform maintenance, update products, remove unavailable material, correct pricing or description errors, and change website features. If a material issue affects a paid order, contact support.

10. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted through the Contact page, by email at support@uigod.store or by telephone at +92 3027012760. Our target is to provide a resolution or substantive response within 5 working days where reasonably possible.

11. Governing framework

UIGOD Store is operated from Punjab, Pakistan. These terms are interpreted under laws applicable to the store in Pakistan to the extent permitted, while mandatory consumer protections or other laws that apply to a particular customer remain unaffected where they cannot legally be excluded.
