UIGOD Store is an independently operated digital bookstore for downloadable fiction, including fanfiction, translated fiction and original novels. The store is operated by Muhammad Shahbaz from Nazd Railway Line, Super Chowk B Colony, Lodhran, Punjab, Pakistan.

What we sell

Our catalog consists of digital products. A product page explains the title, price, fandom or category, relevant genres or tags, story status, chapter information where available, language, synopsis and the files or formats included with the purchase. Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, no physical item is shipped.

How purchasing works

Customers choose a product, review the cart and checkout information, select an available payment method and submit the order. Payment is processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Once the provider confirms a successful payment, WooCommerce records the order and makes eligible digital downloads available through the customer account and order details.

Our approach to customer support

We aim to keep product descriptions clear, provide working digital files and respond to genuine purchase or access problems. If you have difficulty paying, downloading a file, accessing your account or identifying an order, please contact us. We aim to review and resolve complaints within 5 working days where reasonably possible.
